STANDARD REPAIR POLICY ON TIRES TO BE RETREADED

These repairs, if needed, will be automatically put in your tires unless you advise 

us otherwise. See page 12 for Unit Repair prices. 

Small Truck: Unit repairs up to 3/8" injury, no sections permissible. 

Large Truck: Unit repairs up to 3/8" injury, sections only with your prior approval. 

Off-the-Road: Unit repairs up to 1 /2" injury, sections only with your prior approval. 

Bead repairs are billed at the spot repair price. 

No charge for undertread repairs, nail hole repairs, or most spot repairs done at the time of the retread. Section repairs done at time of retread are done at half price. 

ADJUSTMENT POLICY 

Every retread bearing our identification (DYS) that fails for reasons of workmanship and 

material or casing failure during the first 75% of tread wear is covered by the following 

adjustment policy. Adjustments will be prorated on the basis of tread wear. Credit will be 

issued for the remaining tread. Retreads will not be adjusted when worn down below 

25% of the original tread depth. No adjustments will be made for road hazards, run flat, old age or abuse. No allowance is applicable to your casing. 

This policy applies to retreads during the first 4 years of service. 

CAP AND CASING ADJUSTMENT POLICY 

Every truck and off-the-road retread specifically branded by us as having been sold as cap and casing will, in the event of failure as described above, have the adjustment prorated on the actual cost of the retread plus the cost of the casing. 

REPAIR ADJUSTMENT POLICY 

All section repairs made in our shop are dated on the patch; and in the event of the failure of the repair within the first 12 months, adjustments will be prorated on the number of 

months of service actually received. 

There is no other guarantee, warranty of liability, express or implied, applicable to 

these products. 

No representative has authority to make any representation, promise or agreement except as stated herein. 

FREIGHT POLICY 

We will schedule pick up and return with our route trucks whenever possible at no charge to our customers. We do not pay freight on retreads or repairs.
